La diff\u00e9rence entre un tir sous pression et un tir ma\u00eetris\u00e9 se joue dans la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 imposer une routine mentale reproduisible, quel que soit le contexte.<\/p><h2><strong>1. Stabiliser la respiration pour contr\u00f4ler la physiologie<\/strong><\/h2><p>Le stress acc\u00e9l\u00e8re le rythme cardiaque et d\u00e9grade la pr\u00e9cision fine.<br \/><strong>Routine :<\/strong> respiration cadenc\u00e9e (4\u20136 ou 5\u20137), appliqu\u00e9e syst\u00e9matiquement avant chaque s\u00e9quence.<br \/>Objectif : abaisser le niveau d\u2019activation, pas r\u00e9duire l\u2019intensit\u00e9 du tir.<\/p><h2><strong>2. Installer une routine d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en poste<\/strong><\/h2><p>Le corps se s\u00e9curise dans la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition. Une s\u00e9quence d\u2019installation identique r\u00e9duit l\u2019impact des facteurs externes.<br \/><strong>Routine :<\/strong> placement, ancrage, rel\u00e2chement, prise de l\u2019arme, v\u00e9rification du sch\u00e9ma interne.<br \/>Un m\u00eame geste, un m\u00eame tempo, peu importe la comp\u00e9tition.<\/p><h2><strong>3. D\u00e9finir un point de focalisation interne<\/strong><\/h2><p>Le stress disperse l\u2019attention. Une focalisation unique prot\u00e8ge la m\u00e9canique du tir.<br \/><strong>Routine :<\/strong> choisir une seule intention par vol\u00e9e (d\u00e9part de coup, stabilit\u00e9 visuelle, rythme) et s\u2019y tenir.<br \/>Tout le reste devient secondaire.<\/p><h2><strong>4.
